Satsuki has two discrete mind control abilities.

• Satsuki possesses Mystic Eyes of Enchantment, granting her the ability to place her target under a powerful hypnosis by meeting their eyes. Anyone under the effect of her Mystic Eyes will feel compelled to follow her commands until Satsuki elects to release them. This isn't absolute, however; the compulsion can be resisted by psychics or characters with other "special circumstances", or simply fought off given enough distance and willpower.
  
• Additionally, as a vampire, it's possible for Satsuki to turn those she bites into undead, obedient ghouls.

Obviously, I will not have Satsuki use either of these abilities without prior discussion! However, if you would like to opt out of the possibility completely, explicitly opt in, or just touch base about any psychic abilities or special circumstances your character has that might be relevant, you're welcome to leave a comment here so I have the pertinent information available for future plotting.
